Mr SS Applications (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Sholo Guti 3D app (the “App”) does and does not collect. In short: the App is a fully offline board game and we do not collect, store, or share any personal data. This applies to every mode — single-player against the on-device CPU as well as local two-player (pass-and-play) on the same device — and to all board layouts.
📵 Information We Collect
None. The App does not request your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or any account. It does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers, and there is no online play, leaderboard or multiplayer server. All gameplay happens locally on your device.
💾 Data Stored on Your Device
Game preferences (such as your selected colour, difficulty, opponent mode and board layout) may be saved locally on your device so the App can remember them. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the App.
🔑 Permissions
The App declares a small number of Android permissions, used only for the purposes below:
- VIBRATE — haptic feedback when you move or capture a bead.
- WAKE_LOCK — keep the CPU responsive while it is calculating a move on some devices.
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — reserved for optional future features; the current version plays fully offline and sends no game data over the network.
🧒 Children’s Privacy
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. As we collect no personal data from anyone, no special data-handling is required for children.
🔗 Third-Party Services
The App does not embed third-party advertising or analytics services. If you choose to use the in-app Share or Rate options, your device’s own apps (for example your email or the Google Play Store) will handle that action under their own privacy policies.
🛡️ Data Security
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data for us to lose. Any local preferences are protected by Android’s standard app-sandbox model.
📝 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
